Oh my! He's not scared-he's high on nip. Wow-his dad is training him good! Uncle Donnie, just don't cut off cat ears in photos anymore-it's just not right.

I had a cat years ago named Socks that looked just this. Beautiful shinny long black fur. She'd been a stray that I took in. Had her for years. She's buried now out back.
